Type a name in the Description field, such as 'Whitelist: ' to identify the new rule. If the problem remains, return the folder to where you got it replacing the one that is there. To whitelist all email from a specific domain in the Mail app in Mac OS X or macOS: Select Mail Preferences from the menu bar in Mac OS X Mail. You can then put the folder in the Trash. Open OS X Mail, by clicking Go -> Applications -> OSX Mail. If the problem is solved, recreate any required Mail settings and import any emails you want to save from the folder on the desktop.
